I’ve had a great experience with this co-warehouse. Julissa, the property manager is professional and always available to help with any questions or issues. Having access to multiple docks is very convenient, but not all drivers know where to go and there is no front desk to guide them. You will have to coordinate very thoroughly to not miss a delivery or freight pickup.
The warehouse itself is clean, well-lit, and organized. There is no AC or swamp cooling, so be prepared. Priced just right for the amenities. Suitable for startups where you are physically here to manage all day to day operations.
