Ingrid, the office manager, is AMAZING. She’s always available, incredibly helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s even shared helpful tips about Amazon deliveries that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. She’s always looking out for us and making sure we are good.
We started in a small space and have since grown into a medium space and added an office, which has been an easy and seamless process. ReadySpaces has everything we need, and we highly recommend it.
I had one office and one warehouse space at ReadySpace, and I spent two great years there. During that time, I met many wonderful people and truly enjoyed being part of the community.
I especially want to thank Ingrid for always trying her best to help. Ever since she became the manager, ReadySpace in Portland has truly leveled up. She greets you the moment you walk through the door, asks what you need, and follows up on anything you request. This is extremely important for safety, and she always makes sure all doors are properly secured.
She pays close attention to the cleanliness of the warehouse, kitchen, office hallways, and restrooms. Whatever you need, all you have to do is ask. Whenever a package or mail arrived for me, I received an immediate email notification — and nothing has ever gone missing.
She is detail-oriented and constantly working to improve things. Since she took over, the building has had many upgrades, and honestly, nothing happens in that building without her knowing!
I highly recommend ReadySpace for both small and large businesses. There’s plenty of parking outside, and trucks can easily pull up to the building. Thank you for everything — it’s time for me to move on to a new place, and I’m leaving here with peace of mind and great memories.

I needed a working space for an unusually large woodworking project I was commissioned for, and decided to look into a small shop at ReadySpaces. I didn’t really have any clue what was possible, but Dawn was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and offered a few different units and we found something that worked for everyone.
Long story short, the project went great and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without ReadySpaces. And Dawn 🙂

We have had warehouse space at Ready Spaces in NW Portland since November 2023. We needed more warehouse square footage for our growing business and the flexibility offered by Ready Spaces made our decision to work with them an easy one. Dawn King does an amazing job as General Manager. She made herself available to show us spaces based on our needs, kept us up to date on upcoming spaces, and offered flexibility when after we moved in and the space we really wanted came available for us to occupy. She is professional, friendly, and addresses issues timely. Prior to our move-in she discussed the tenant rules, making sure we understood parking, recycling, safety, etc. She runs a very organized operation. We are so happy to occupy space and work with Dawn and Ready Spaces.

Our company has been at ReadySpaces for years. Great space and location. While there has been some ups and downs, we are very satisfied with the new management that has taken over. Dawn is a great communicator and has done wonders with not only the interior, she has made the day to day life at the warehouse run smoother. We also enjoy the monthly community events, they’re a great way to get to know other tenants, network and just good old fun.

Dawn is the best general manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Two years renting office space here and it’s a surprisingly great place. Lots of friendly faces and connections with all sorts of business owners. Dawn the manager does a great job of building community and bringing enthusiasm along with her wherever she goes. I thought a warehouse would feel impersonal but not this one!
ReadySpaces has the best rentable warehouse space in Portland. The inside is clean with no mold, which is rare in the PNW for a warehouse space. The staff is friendly and they have the best manager on duty. Dawn has made our transition from our old place to our new space here so much easier.

We have been a member of ReadySpaces since Jan 2021 and would highly recommend this facility to all small business owners. What appealed to us initially was the month-to-month lease as well as all of the included amenities; power, wifi, loading docks, shared break room with vending machines and conference room as well as a mailroom, forklift and pallet jacks. I had no idea how fulfilling and motivating it would be to work along side so many other thriving small businesses from every type of industry. ReadySpaces promotes growth throughout the facility and offers a wide variety of sizes of spaces. We have leased smaller spaces for temporary additional product overflow as well as had a wall removed to combine 2 spaces into one. On-site Manager Matt is extremely responsive to all questions and requests as well as keeping the facility looking clean and inviting.
We moved our Warehouse from California to Portland.
We have been looking for a solution that is flexible to accommodate us today or if we grow in the future.Readyspaces was one of the options. And they responded fast and answered all our questions before we got the offer.
So finally we went with them – and we are glad to. Since we moved in we had some changes and we needed a second unit (or expand our original).
They have been so easy and uncomplicated in getting it (well as uncomplicated as a rental is with all the contracts, lol).
So it is working well I have seen spaces getting bigger for a while and other moving to units smaller. So they really give you plenty of option to grow or fit your situation.And you’re accountant will love this: It is also predictable in costs since you know upfront what you pay for rent, electricity and internet. The internet does not disappoint, we are an online business only and it is very stable and fast,.
What we love as an added extra is the great meeting room where you can invite guests for interviews or have a meeting with staff or partners.
Prices where reasonable compared to other options.
And this would be the only downside of this location there is no dedicated mail room. When the space was planed it seems nobody have though about 50 companies getting mail and deliveries in. While of course you have the 15 doors/gates for truckloads or less truckload deliveries. A lot of business including us get sometimes only 2 boxes or ten a day.
They are dropped in the lobby. We have rented other places where a separate unit was held for the incoming (and outgoing mail) that is easier for all – the boxes get out of the way – and it is more secure then the take what you think is your approach as it is right now.In 2022 we got a new manager Mr Nolan and he spiced up the daily process a bit to the better then it was before. He is looking out especially for the incoming mail to make it easier for the tenants. But a dedicated mail room is what a space like this would need.
All in all they deserved the five star based on their flexibility, which for small companies like us is gold. Since incoming and outgoing is big part of todays business ill take of one star for that.
If they figure out a solution for the mailroom we add that rating to full five star! And hey there is space for a mail room – it is just a corporate decision to make 🙂
This place has been great to rent with an office space and warehouse space…we needed an additional warehouse space for just a few months and it was a very easy process.. Matt and Jennie are always so helpful and accommodating!!
I guess I reviewed before under a different account. Anyhow, 24 hr access, warehouse space, forklift (if not in use), conference room, vending machines in “break room”, office space available and conference room available by apt but almost always open. This is a very flexible place and the manager is easy to get along with. Strict on due dates, though, so don’t be late. Great place for small business that needs storage and/or warehouse space. Comparable storage unit for me would be $100 cheaper but those don’t come with 24hr access, conf room etc, so the $100 extra is bargain IMHO. I can work all day and not have to worry about getting back by 8pm or whatever, I can pop in at 4am and grab what I need. Niche, but works great for me.

Literally had an offer I couldn’t refuse. Warehouse space and office ammenities when I need them. You even have 24/7 access. I almost never need office space but it’s there when I do. For a new business this is exactly what I need and it’s a great next step. Thanks!
