Under Marc Oldenstam leadership, the warehouse has seen significant improvements in efficiency and productivity. In addition he has impressive management skills and is also an excellent communicator. He is always available to listen to concerns, answer questions, and very clear and respectful. He is a very wise manager and we all see warehouse improvements after he become the manager. Every issue I addressed to him as a business owner these years I see improvements after conversations. Marc will never look for an excuse or someone at fault but he will find a Solution how to fix which makes him great with a good managerial skills.

Overall, I highly recommend this warehouse under Marc leadership. He is a true asset and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence.

I would recommend this place for a small business/warehouse. I’ve been a tenant for a year and a half now.
Since the new manger has taken over, I can tell improvements have been going on over the facility. This facility is older compared to newly opened branch so there were random holes on the wall from forklift damage to a bathroom door swinging and hitting the wall. It’s been mostly addressed and now the place feels less run down. These are many small details that have been improved, and it shows the manger cares and working to improve the facility. Communication emails are sent out regularly to remind tenants to conform especially filling the dumpster or leaving out broken pallets which can be out of controlled if unmanaged.

I had a short stay at ReadySpaces – about six months, but am very happy with the experience. I’d recommend renting a space from this company in a heartbeat.

The building manager Marc is a rockstar. He’s prompt with communication, very personable, and constantly working on some improvement to the building inside or outside. He has been a highlight of my experience at ReadySpaces.

This is an updated review and I have changed it over time.
I am one of the longest leasing members here at this facility, moving in just months after they opened. There have been a lot of changes, quite a large turnover of tenants and also managers at location.
This led to chaos around here with people leaving bay doors open all night, exposing many businesses to concern over security, trash was everywhere, hundreds of pallets thrown right out in front after unloading.

It took some time for things to change but I will say it is a night and day difference now vs. how it’s been last two years.
The manager has put in effort (like original manager at location had) and listened to concerns of facility, increased security and demanded the place clean up, holding all accountable for their own messes, etc.

Anyways, it’s chill here and despite most likely moving to own facility in next year, this place – who I wasn’t always happy with – is trying… and new management doing great job. I do recommend facility as being best all around option for your personal or business worksite/storage in area.

I’ve been a tenant at ReadySpaces in Redmond (Woodinville) for over a year. It’s a great place for a small business to set up shop. The location is great. The facility allows the flexibility to grow. Also, the property manager, Marc, is great. He’s very responsive and has done a great job of keeping the facility clean and well run.

What a difference the recent change in onsite management has made. We have been tenants for a while and were challenged by the previous managers laissez-faire approach. The new guy is FINNALLY getting things done. This place is secure. The tenants are great. The Dumpsters are finally clear of all the pallets. The parking lot is being redone and the overall look of the place has changed so much that we have the option of bringing clients to our space. Something we would have never given thought to previously. Long and short of it, Readyspace is exactly what it is supposed to be. A space ready for whatever your needs are.

Nice storage facility, big and lots of space! A little far, but when work calls, gotta get it! One of my home stagers had a Ready space out here… Its a good spot.

I was at readyspaces in Redmond for almost a year. Sam who is the manager is amazing and was a massive help getting things setup for me. I ran my business out of the warehouse, received mail, and had access to pallet jacks and forklifts to receive my incoming pallets. Lots of other businesses running in the warehouse and it’s a great place to get something rolling. The WiFi is solid and fast and I had access to power in my unit. Highly recommend.

This is a great business place be in.Friendly staff, security (they are very dedicated).This place has docks and units in any shapes or sizes.
Sam the manager does exceed at providing great customer service along with helping choose the right units for our business.
