Readyspace’s is “sick” in a good way. Great facilities and amenities that are always kept either clean or just in great working order. Jamie the warehouse manager is very much present and keeping these things in check. As far as user access workspaces go Readyspaces has it all. With the facilities guru David on deck you can always count on them to be getting improvements done. Nothing better as a small business then having other people care. Thr entire process from start to finish was very easy.Jamie was readily responsive to all of my calls and questions and she sent me all necessary information needed to get setup and going with no delay.

Ready Spaces has been an amazing place to launch my business. The warehouse facility is old and needed some serious TLC, which the new general manager, Jaime, has been putting in.

There are shared breakrooms and a conference room. The conference room can be reserved for business meetings in a very easy way. You are also able to use their forklift after you’ve completed training.

Communication has been smooth and if there is any kind of issue, emails are replied to quick and with no worry. Move in was an easy process and the locks throughout the facility make me feel secure knowing that only other tenants are in the building.

The spaces that they have are also varied, from huge warehouse spaces to smaller office rooms. We’ve been renting for almost a year and there have been no issues whatsoever.

2nd time leasing here. Great prices / sq. foot. They can custom size your warehouse space so you are not paying for what you do not need. Community break rooms so you do not pay for that Sq. footage either. Refrigerators and microwaves provided. Friendly staff and manager

Love the secured 24/7 access to our office or warehouse space. Great value, Chris, the General Manager, is professional and quick to respond. The bonus use of the conference room and kitchen areas, along with being able to use the fork lift on site is double bonus.

Very inexpensive, a little hard to find

Chris Dailey and Custom Space Houston was a great place for my business to call home. We started with a small office and warehouse, then moved to a larger office and warehouse as our company grew. It is a great concept and you really can’t beat the value and flexibility. Having access to a forklift, loading docks, with free internet and electricity is an entrepreneur’s dream come true. The other tenants are mostly entrepreneurs and its a nice community of hard working, innovative people. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our time there. I can imagine I’ll be back, or rent space to store excess inventory.

Great concept, flexible and quick move in

I wish Ready Spaces had been around 18 years ago when we launched our small business. Jamie, the manager, is on top of it, improving the facility every day to make doing business even more efficient here. From installing a community printer to signage on everyone’s space, to new paint, flooring, outgoing and incoming delivery areas that are organized and clean. What an asset she is to us all!

I have been renting a temp-controlled unit here for years, and the management team has been very helpful and always looking at ways to improve the tenants’ experience. They have made great waves in the improvement of the building and in creating community.
