Been using custom space for just under a year now and it’s been great, fantastic facility and just what we needed, its got its flaws like everywhere else, but nothing we cant work with! Great space !!! Wish there was more places like this around!

Custom Space is the ultimate storage/Work space. The amenities are great. Clean, well lit atmosphere with great wifi service. Easy access 24 hours a day. Great management.

Excellent facility with all kinds of options to reinvent Warehouse Space for the small business. Free use of forklifts and pallet jacks, what else could you ask for! Mina in Gardena is AWESOME with a ton to get done, but he manages to get it done and bring it on with a SMILE. Way to go CustomSpace, keep up the great work!

I’ve had an office space at Ready Spaces Gardena, we recently got new management a young lady by the name of Jasmine & I’ve seen a dramatic improvement of the facility. Before people parked in any available parking & there were vehicles parked here for long periods of time. No more, the owners of vehicles were advised to move their vehicles are they would be towed, those that adhered move, those that didn’t were towed. Now there’s ample parking & people are parked in their assigned parking. The facility itself is much cleaner and organized. Thank you Jasmine

The new manager Jasmine has been very helpful since she started a few weeks ago.

Lots of the bad reviews that I was concerned about when I first signed the lease here have already been resolved for example, the parking and the lack of support.

She’s made it very easy for me to run my 3PL out of this location! Thanks

Things are definitely changing now!

Jasmine, the new building manager, is making changes fast. Some years-old issues are being resolved, like the AC not working properly, lighting in my office, mail room was a big mess for years, and parking availability due to cars being left for long time.

Thanks Jasmine, love your positive attitude and attention to the building and tenant’s needs.

Ready Spaces is a great place for your business if you are looking for warehouse/ storage space, whether large or small. Not only do they offier variety of sizes but there is an onsite manager, Jasmine, who goes above and beyond to make sure the facilty is clean and organized for the tenants. She always makes herself accessible should you need to reach her for anything. They have an updated community room that you can use for meetings/conferences, a loading dock and a variety of palette jacks, dollies etc… available for use. This place is a true find!

Jasmine, the new building manager at ReadySpaces in Gardena, has been absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly professional, extremely friendly, very attentive, and always willing to help. In the short time she has been here, she has worked miracles for our building.

For the past few years, this location lacked consistent management. Our mailroom was a nightmare, our package delivery area was a complete fire hazard most of the time, it was difficult to find the manager, the outside of the building was often littered with trash, and receiving a response sometimes required multiple emails and even if returned things still weren’t done. Since Jasmine’s arrival, however, the property has undergone a complete turnaround. The building looks and smells much better, and we see her working around the building throughout the day making sure everything is clean, organized, and well maintained.

Our mailroom and package delivery area now look amazing, and Jasmine has also helped resolve our parking problems by ensuring vehicles use their designated spaces and do not park unattended in the clearly marked “No Parking” area beside the building. This is especially important to us because our crew operates 26-foot trucks. In the past, improperly parked vehicles often made it impossible for our drivers to access our assigned spaces when leaving and returning from jobs.

Jasmine keeps her office door open, anytime she is not in a meeting or walking the property, and she always gives us a happy greeting and she is there for anything we may need. She communicates kindly but clearly, and she works incredibly hard to keep the building running smoothly while making tenants feel heard and supported. I sincerely hope she stays for a long time. Our building felt like an afterthought for years, but we finally feel well taken care of.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

A buddy of mine recommended this location and honestly looks really good compared to other facilities. Main thing is the doc and pallet jacks they seem to offer a lot for its renters which is great!
