They are super professional and Danielle is super easy to work with. She is kind and makes it easy to get in and out. She is very informative and I haven’t had a single problem with the facility. I would give six stars but there’s only five.

I recently joined ReadySpaces as a business client, and their facility is exceptional, clean, organized, and secure. My situation was somewhat unique, but the ReadySpaces team was consistently accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Danielle Kriss, in particular, went above and beyond to make things happen. She’s an outstanding general manager and always a pleasure to work with.

I was looking for a space to move my business out of my home, and found that space at ReadySpaces. Marlando was very helpful in helping me find a space to suit my business. Danielle Kriss was also very helpful in getting me in my space. I appreciate you guys!!! I almost forgot to mention the handyman at the facility, Johnie. He was able to adjust the door on my unit and provided me with magnets so it could stay closed from the inside. I have recommended several other small businesses to sign up.

this space!! OMG!! cant believe i found this. the manager Marlando, super cool dude, super helpful. parking, wifi, light/electric, in the unit! AND 24/7 access!! communal areas like offices and conference rooms that you can book for your own use and meetings. a kitchen area. i rented my mini warehouse the same day! highly recommend!!! but dont wanna tell too many people either! this is definitely a jewl in NYC

ReadySpaces has been very helpful with the whole process. A MASSIVE shoutout to the managers at MVR, especially Danielle Kriss & Marlando McFarlane. They are both wonderful people and truly want to help startups like me succeed. Having general managers that care for startups/small businesses are essential to having a thriving co-warehousing building. Without the essential care from the manager and cleanliness, ReadySpaces would be a building without its strong foundation.

So far I’m happy with this place. It is well maintained and definitely convenient for me to use. Sign up was easy as well.

So, after eagerly waiting for a year, I finally got my own space at this warehouse, and let me tell you, it’s been worth every minute of anticipation. From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the facility. The management here really goes above and beyond to keep everything in top-notch condition.
But what truly sets this place apart is Marlando, the site manager. He’s been an absolute lifesaver since day one always there to lend a hand, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone like him around has made the whole experience a breeze.

The spaces are affordable for the nyc area. Common places are clean, alot of parking which is great, close to the highway. The property manager Marlando is honestly so helpful he goes out of his way to help you with what ever you need. It’s nice to be in a warehouse space with a company that fosters and caters to small businesses needs Wether its communicating with usps, for daily pickups or helping with deliveries. Its great for networking. Im so glad i found this place.
