Each floor has direct loading access without having to use an elevator due to the building being constructed into a steep hill. The spaces are affordable for the nyc area. Common places are clean, alot of parking which is great, close to the highway. The property manager Marlando is honestly so helpful he goes out of his way to help you with what ever you need.
