She went above and beyond her responsibilities, even calling a handyman for me and making sure everything was handled perfectly. Ready Spaces is lucky to have a manager who cares this much about their tenants. Highly recommend !

Very good options for old or new homes

Manager is very straighforward and honest. He was very helpful and made everything easy for us to get a space for our new business. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to open small business and needs small to medium warehouse space.

Excellent service provided by the general manager (Ricardo) and the time I spent using the facilities was excellent, no complaints, easy access, very comfortable common areas, and the included services were very good.

I was looking for warehouse space in the Orlando Area and ended up with renting at ReadySpaces since the beginning of this year.

My experience has been nothing but great so far! Ricardo and his team are readily available and respond quickly. Renting Space at a shared warehouse of course comes with a slightly higher price per sqft – but keep in mind that all other costs such as electricity and maintenance are included. You also have access to properly maintained pallet jacks and a forklift (so you save on these costs as well, reducing your initial investment needs and making business operations a lot easier), and there is access to ground and grade level loading docks. Warehouse spaces are also available starting at 100sqft, going all the way up to 4000 sqft (I think). Also, as your business grows, you can easily up- or downgrade your space without being bound to year-long leases. Keeping that in mind, this place makes life a lot easier, especially for startups.

Long story short, I can highly recommend this location!

The concept of ReadySpaces is pure genius. It takes one very large space and breaks it out into smaller spaces depending on what you need. We were able to move in quickly, without any real hassle. The building itself is very nice, and extremely secure. I love that no one can simply walk in. In order to get access to the actual building, people need to check in at the lobby, which entails entering basic information about themselves, and having their picture taken. That is sent to the company via text and email. At that point, we can either choose to go get the person or deny them entry. This provides great peace of mind, because you as a tenant get to decide who can or can’t get into the building. There are also cameras everywhere, adding additional levels of security, which is great. Once inside the building, each individual office has separate keypads with unique entry codes. The rent includes electricity, internet and garbage service. The building mgr. is awesome! He’s very friendly, easily accessible and very responsive. This place is great whether you’re needing something short-term, or if you need something more permanent. I highly recommend it!
