I first got here in June 2026. The warehouse was between managers and felt a bit like the wild west until our new manager, Lily, took the reins. Prior to her arrival I was rethinking my decision to be here. Now I am so glad to have stayed. Lily is a true professional who consistently achieves the balance between being in charge and being approachable, while maintaining the level of respect she has earned and deserves in her position. Some of the other tenants and I were speaking of her today and agreed she has made needed improvements. Rather than upset a flow, she has created one. It is because of her excellent communication skills and leadership that the pallet jacks and hand trucks are now put back where they belong rather than being stored by some tenants in their locked units like they were. The property is cleaner inside and out, the dumpsters are well maintained (not overflowing like they were), the bathrooms are properly stocked and immaculate, the level-10 loud music in some units was appropriately addressed and is no longer an issue (it was bad), all doors and loading docks are now being closed by those who are using them and the warehouse feels safer (because it is). The wrong manager can bring the whole house down.The right one makes a positive difference. Lily has achieved that here. If you’re looking for warehouse space and she has space available, just take it. Run, don’t walk, as units here come and go quickly.
