Public place for storage

It’s a nice “public storage” type warehouse with different sized big units. Ones you can park a single car in and ones like ours where you could park a whole small car lot. Very handy to have for our project! We are using a space as a staging point between our main warehouses. Our unit didn’t have electrical but Phil had it installed a few days after asking. You WILL need to sweep your space, this place used to be some sort of manufacturing plant, be advised. More than a few docks for loading and unloading but they DO fill up sometimes. Waste disposal is less than impressive but they are working on it! It’s been cool and dry inside since we have had it and the industrial racking in-unit is a nice touch.

As for the earlier review of the wifi, it’s up and running lol. The forklift dilemma IS REAL but if you’re running a business out of here, get your own lift. Seriously. Yes, everyone shares 1 forklift and 3 pallet jacks. Don’t like it? Rent your own. You’re lucky these guys even have a public use forklift.
