Our company has rented from Ready Spaces and it has been a great experience because Ready Spaces is always improving. They used to have one forklift, now they have two. They update the pallet jacks, invested in heavy duty dollies, new locks with special app entry. The parking lot is secure because of the gates. Brittany does a great job in maintaining order and safety around the facility. The prices are fair. Access to the full size docks are crucial and not many locations offer them.

The best place for business storage. The manager Brittany it’s very kind, patient and professional. I like it because they are very organized and focus on do everything simple and safe, plus that I appreciate they keep clean all the building.

Great place for start up business.

My partner and I visited this location in search for office/warehouse space for our growing business. We were extremely impressed with how clean and well managed the facility was. We were equally impressed with the on-site Manager (Brittany) as she was very professional and a wealth of information!

Jamie was the best, she did make the process feels like butter.

I love the space very spacious and clean.

Readyspaces is perfect for anyone looking for inventory storage or even a makers space. Which I use it for. There is 24hr access which I love with my busy schedule and there is wifi, meeting rooms and restrooms on site.

A very great place to start your small business.

We rented a space from ReadySpaces the Heights location. It is a wonderful experience. Right after we messaged the management for more information, the manager Randy arranged a detailed virtual tour for us. When we went there in person, he did the tour again. After we signed up, a welcome letter with all the access codes was already in our mailbox. Everything was exceptionally smooth. Pallet jacks and the forklift are available for the tenants, free of charge. The entire building is clean and well organized. All the tenants are trying their best to keep the place as quiet as possible. The entire place was designed for high efficiency loading and unloading. Trucks can easily come in and back to the docks. The building is accessible to tenants 24/7. For security, the main gate closes at 5pm. You can open it with an access code. This place is very safe. When I had to go for a business trip. I left my car in the parking lot for a week. Nothing bad happened. Eventually because our company has new arrangements, we had to leave the Houston location. ReadySpaces was extremely helpful even when we were leaving. We love ReadySpaces. No matter if you just started up your business or have a well-established organization, ReadySpaces is an excellent choice for warehousing.

ReadySpaces is a great warehouse/office space to rent from. They are the most affordable place I toured. The manager Randy is a great guy and keeps up with the warehouse great! The only down side in my opinion, is that the warehouse portion of the building is very dusty/dirty. I operated a gym out of my unit here, and the dust plus other tenants dirt did not make for the best gym environment. But if that is not an issue for your business then I 100% recommend ReadySpaces for taking your business to the next level.

We love this place. We run our moving company out of here & have been an office space & warehouse. Management (Randy) is very responsive & gets things handled quickly–he’s great! We’ve changed warehouse units & that process was seamless. We enjoy the common areas as well for team meetings. Really can’t say enough good things about our time here; we will absolutely continue to be long-term tenants.

We have had an amazing experience here at Ready Spaces. We run our balloon decor event from here & utilize both office & warehouse space. Management is great & very responsive!

I’ve been in this location for 9 months. The place is great and has everything to start a business with minimum cost. Water, electricity and internet all included. Randy, the manager is very helpful and responsive as well. A few times I had a few requests he responded promptly.

Randy, the General Manager is GREAT! He is always very responsive to all our needs and questions.
The office area is very clean an beautiful, as well as the the meeting room.
The warehouse area is perfect for our needs and they also have a communal forklift for free in case you want to save money.
