Rent Small Warehouse Spaces in Northridge with ReadySpaces

A++ Shoutout to all my neighbors in the ReadySpaces Chatsworth Community! It really does feel like a community here. Everyone’s always smiling and waving and happy. 🙌🏽 Also a shoutout to the handymen who keep the place from falling apart, the cleaning crew who keeps it all clean, and the new GM Ryan for coming in and getting to work. I almost don’t want to leave this review so people won’t bumrush the place but I have to give credit where it’s due.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I have a 1000 sqft unit with pallet racks that stack 12 feet high wall to wall. Infinitely cheaper than a storefront or standalone space. Has a conference room, lounge, big clean bathrooms, never had an issue with parking or a bad “neighbor”…the manager is always present and active. The only issue is that I see the rolling gate left open from time to time. They should start fining people who leave it open after regular business hours (if any admin comes across this review, I think most tenants would support a fine for people who leave the gate open. $100! ) Other than that that, this place is perfect!

Awesome place. We lucked out with a quiet unit and chill neighbors. Everyone is easy going and doing their own thing. People say hello and hold doors open. Couldn’t be happier with it. Maintenance crew is always busy fixing things and keeping the place slightly, very polite. The cleaning crew doesn’t slack, and the manager Ryan is terrific. 10/10 in my book.

I had the need for a studio space and when I found Ready Spaces it fit perfectly with what I was looking for. I looked at several locations in the LA area and found the location at Chatsworth to be by far the best. I can’t thank Ryan (manager) enough as it is clean and the move in was efficient and organized. Thank you!

We are a local business that were looking for a space for warehouse/storage and found this gem that comes with that and more. The new manager Ryan has really spruced up the place in the last couple months. Couldn’t be happier with the way things are run here.

I moved in right after the new year and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I knew about the shared space concept years ago. It would’ve saved me so much money and hassle. This place is amazing all the way around.

PROS:
They have 2 large recycling dumpsters and a trash dumpster that gets collected a few times a week, the mail/package delivery system is smooth, bathrooms and shared spaces are kept clean, the tenants are quiet and courteous, ample parking, 24 hour access, secure, the old manager Marco was cool but the new guy Ryan is on top of everything, and people don’t hog the shared equipment all day long.

CONS:
The keypads on the outer gate are positioned in an inconvenient way. I know they’re set that way for delivery drivers to be able to gain entry and to exit but it would be nice if they had clickers for the tenants.

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, respectable space this place fits the bill. It’s like a friendly community of people who mind their own business and treat the space like it’s their own. The manager Ryan is awesome. There are a couple of people who park like jerks but that’s the about the only thing resembling a complaint that I could think of. Love it here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is well deserved. I moved into the ready spaces in Chatsworth when Marco was the manager. He seemed like a nice person but he never responded to calls or emails and getting an answer for a question or a response for a request was nearly impossible. They replaced him with a manager named Ryan who, in my opinion and experience, is what every person in an administrative capacity should strive to be. He’s there daily, answers/returns calls promptly, responds to emails in a timely manner, and takes his time to address any issues. It takes a special kind of person to run a shared space this big and whoever hired him deserves just as much praise as Ryan does. Aside from the admin here, the place is clean, well-maintained, and the businesses we share the space with are wonderful. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The shared equipment gets returned to the proper space when not being used, the custodial staff keeps the place clean and stocked, and parking has never been an issue. Can’t say enough about this place. Keep up the good work guys!

This space offers the utmost flexibility for a small business. A dock, pallet jacks, and even a forklift (if you are certified) are available to all. These tools makes organizing things a breeze in my unit. Management is always available while keeping everyone respectful of the space.

I have been in the manufacturing business for over 25 years!! Always a need of extra storage space… came across ReadySpaces almost 2 years ago, rented out!! I have met most of the team members all are great professionals!! I was welcomed by a chatsworth manager , who gave me the toor and explained how everything works!! A great place for wearhouse and storage needs. I was in need of a wearhouse that I could get in quickly with no long term commitment. Ask for Marco, he’s the manager at this location, extremely helpful, informative and always ready to help.

Interesting space to store stuff. But if you have to store something that needs temperature controlled, not the ideal place.
