Rent Small Warehouse Spaces in South San Francisco – Spruce Ave

We had our hiccups in the beginning but since then, it’s been a wonderful experience and I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! This facility is very clean indoors and out. The common lounge area is inviting and spacious. I appreciate having Wifi here too! It’s pretty techy here where I get to use my phone to unlock the door and my own office is keypad entry. You don’t often expect that from a mixed use space that’s predominantly for storage. There’s even a nice conference room we tenants can use! I feel safe coming here and working out of this location.

The facility manager, Andre is awesome. He’s always quick to respond via email and in person. He’s very warm and personable. And I appreciate that he’s open to feedback for this location to help it be better for everyone.

My only qualm at this time is the women’s restroom. It’s always clean and well maintained, but I think it’s a plumbing issue where the water comes back up and often doesn’t flush. I understand this isn’t something ReadySpaces can control.——

UPDATE – 5/26/2026

Some things are still not getting addressed with my office unit and it is frustrating. For instance, my office light turns off with the break room because they’re set to the same motion. I am tired of having to open the door and wave my arms around while I have clients in my office. So unprofessional.

Also, without any sort of warning, my materials that are on MY OFFICE WINDOW AND DOOR are removed? Would have appreciated the heads up instead of the manager taking them down and going into my office unannounced to put my things inside.

5/27/26 – I appreciate the manager Andre contacting me immediately to address my concerns. I look forward to having things resolved.

Good Service so all in all

I have nothing, but positive things to say about this Ready Spaces location. They provide various spacing options to fit your needs, and the location is perfectly situated by FedEx — making it not only easy to manage my inventory, but makes it a cinch to efficiently plan for shipping of all sizes (case, pallet, etc). I think what makes this particular Ready Spaces truly special is their GM, Andre. From the first day meeting Andre, he’s been attentive, supportive and accommodating to my business needs. Of course, with any warehouse, there are going to be hiccups along the way. But, I’m always at ease because Andre responds with a sense of urgency, and resolves issues immediately.

I’m fortunate to have found this place, and highly recommend Ready Spaces (SSF) to anyone looking for warehousing space.

Great place to run a business, the amenities are a plus for any growing business. Between access to the conference room, docks, forklifts, internet/WiFi, pallet jacks, and more it is just to convenient to pass up. Need a breather? Kick your feet up in the lounge! I have been growing my business here for years and they have been able to scale with me and accommodate my growth numerous times moving to larger units. 24/7 access ensures I have access when it’s convenient for me, the on-site manager Andre has been a pleasure to work with and is always willing to go above and beyond to address any concerns I have and ensure I have everything I need.

We have been a tenant at two different Ready Space’s locations, and this new location recently opened is truly exceptional. It’s in a completely new build out, and has great features, including a large dock area, and a brand new forklift.

We rebuild and ship Restaurant Equipment out of this location, and having those kind of amenities, along with being in a nice new facility with restrooms and even a small conference area, are just added benefits at this location.

The site manager, Andre, truly cares about the facility and the tenants, and does whatever he has to do to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible…even when it’s things that he has no control over. All you can ask for.

I strongly recommend this Ready Space’s location in South San Francisco, California to anyone looking for a Work Storage location in the Bay Area!😉👍

Ready Spaces has been a great solution for our mobile events company. We are able to store supplies and work comfortably out of the our unit.
