This is a great place if you have a small business or need access to your storage items 24hrs a day. With power and lighting . Security cameras everywhere. Plus if you have freight delivered items there’s lots of loading docks. Also there are loading /unloading ramps for regular vehicles. It’s all in the description and it’s all correct.

I’ve been a tenant of Ready Spaces in San Jose for about a year, and so far our experience has been phenomenal. Property manager Mike has been very communicative and extremely helpful. I needed to expand my warehouse space twice and Mike made it happened. The facility itself is clean and organize. My company were able to get all of our products picked up and shipped out via USPS and UPS scheduled pick ups. There is a dedicated mailroom that our packages get delivered to. There are plenty of parking spaces; none of my workers or vendors ever had issues with parking. The loading dock is a huge help for when I receive shipments from my vendors. One of the biggest selling point for me is that there is an in house recycling center (Thank you Aaron!). Overall I would highly recommend Ready Spaces at San Jose to any businesses that has a need for an office or warehouse unit because Mike is amazing and the price is very reasonable!

Really liked that ReadySpaces is a low commitment option for growing businesses. Other warehouse spaces usually require you to sign a lease for a minimum of two years whereas here, you’re only required to stay for minimum of 3 months and every month after that is month to month, and you’re able to move to different units during that time without any penalty so it’s perfect for people like us, who we are still trying to figure out the amount of space we need. They also have cool amenities like docks, forklifts, and pallet jacks available for tenants to use. Other great perks is that if you’re in e-commerce, USPS/UPS/FedEx pickup and deliver packages daily and internet (fiber optic) + utilities are included in your rent.

If you’re a new/growing business, ReadySpaces is a great solution for your storage needs, and with Mike as the manager, you know you’ll be in good hands!
