We’ve been at ReadySpaces for a while now, and it’s been a great fit for our business. The flat-rate pricing makes things simple, and the amenities have been a huge help as we’ve grown.

We found ReadySpaces, and it has been wonderful. As a small importer, it is a great option when you don’t use a 3PL. I love the vibe at the location. Lots of very interesting business and a little community. Having the flexibility to scale up or down is fantastic. The location is clean and extremely well set up. Conference rooms, lounge, forklifts, pump trucks and many options for loading bays. It is a perfect solution for us. Having it transit accessible is another great asset, and being close to the city instead of way out by the airport. John, the manager, does a great job of running a “tight ship.” It is SO much better than trying to use a typical public storage, which often will jack up rent every 6-8 months, which is frustrating. ReadySpaces is consistent, fair and dependable.
We had our hiccups in the beginning but since then, it’s been a wonderful experience and I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! This facility is very clean indoors and out. The common lounge area is inviting and spacious. I appreciate having Wifi here too! It’s pretty techy here where I get to use my phone to unlock the door and my own office is keypad entry. You don’t often expect that from a mixed use space that’s predominantly for storage. There’s even a nice conference room we tenants can use! I feel safe coming here and working out of this location.
The facility manager, Andre is awesome. He’s always quick to respond via email and in person. He’s very warm and personable. And I appreciate that he’s open to feedback for this location to help it be better for everyone.
My only qualm at this time is the women’s restroom. It’s always clean and well maintained, but I think it’s a plumbing issue where the water comes back up and often doesn’t flush. I understand this isn’t something ReadySpaces can control.——
UPDATE – 5/26/2026
Some things are still not getting addressed with my office unit and it is frustrating. For instance, my office light turns off with the break room because they’re set to the same motion. I am tired of having to open the door and wave my arms around while I have clients in my office. So unprofessional.
Also, without any sort of warning, my materials that are on MY OFFICE WINDOW AND DOOR are removed? Would have appreciated the heads up instead of the manager taking them down and going into my office unannounced to put my things inside.
5/27/26 – I appreciate the manager Andre contacting me immediately to address my concerns. I look forward to having things resolved.
I have been renting warehouse space at ReadySpaces in Houston, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jamie and David Castro have been exceptional throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience renting here at this location in Anaheim. The manager Manny was incredibly professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to thoroughly show me the warehouse space, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. I used to be quite disappointed with this place and even considered moving out; however, thanks to the new manager, Dragan, I’ve changed my mind and now plan to stay. He is truly excellent—he patiently helped me resolve my business insurance, and he consistently takes the initiative to communicate about and resolve problems. He is, quite simply, the ideal warehouse manager.
This is the perfect place for combining warehousing and operations into one location. In addition to warehousing, Ready Spaces also provides offices, mails services, 24 hour access, meeting rooms, and commercial vehicle parking. Ready Spaces allows us to unify operations in one place and create a more efficient business. This is the right answer.
