Overview Referral Submission

Referral Compensation

In consideration of your referral ReadySpaces will pay you, the referring member, up to 50% of your referral’s first full month’s rent as follows:

  • 25% upon move-in of your referral
  • 25% after 90 days of your referral’s tenancy

Quarterly Drawing

Every member that submits a referral will be entered in to a drawing to win a $100 Gift Card of your choice (choices include: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Starbucks or Gas).

The contest is simple! You could win a $100 gift card just for submitting a referral and they don’t even have to move in!

Here’s the details:

  • Submit your referral
  • Your name is entered once, for each referral submitted, in to the drawing.
  • At the end of the quarter ReadySpaces will draw a random winner from all referring members in that quarter.

The winner will be announced and notified via email within two-weeks of the quarter end.

 

 

*To be counted as a referral the referring member must complete the referral form before any member of the ReadySpaces team makes contact with the prospective new member*
