The space is incredibly well priced and includes accommodations such as: wifi, mail – with address- , electric, kitchen (with coffee and refrigerator), loading bays, trash, and even a forklift (although I never used it).

Outstanding value. I would highly recommend this for anyone trying to get their own business up and running. It is particularly great for warehousing and heavy equipment (as opposed to using it strictly as an office space).

Great facility, it’s set up perfectly for warehousing- big step up from the old mill building that I used to rent a space in. It has loading docks, garage doors, wi-fi, weekly trash removal, big parking lot, wide doors for units, conference rooms, etc. The manager Brett is also fantastic. He keeps the place clean and in order, and is always making improvements to the facility.
