I have rented a Space here for more than 2 years now. there are many businesses with their storage units here. there is a free forklift to use( they gave me free training ). The place is open 24/7. Heating in the winter. 2 high bays for 18 wheelers 2 mid size for standard bays, one ramp to enter the building. My neighbors run shipping businesses and some contractors. clean bathrooms. A conference room is available with a big screen TV. All of this is included in the price of the unit. And top it all, The manager, Mr William is a great guy always ready to respond and fix/sort issues. I see him out helping people, making updates to the building as well. parking during the working hours gets busy buy such is the nature of northern Virginia.
